By installing or using Code Styler (the "Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Add-on.
Code Styler is a Google Docs add-on that formats selected code paragraphs into a cleaner, more readable style directly within your document. The Add-on runs inside the Google Apps Script environment and only accesses the document you currently have open.
You may use Code Styler for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and with Google's applicable terms and policies. You agree not to misuse the Add-on, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Code Styler does not collect, store, or share your personal data or document content. For full details on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Add-on, including its code, design, and branding, remain the property of the developer. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Add-on.
All document content remains the sole property of you, the user. By installing Code Styler, you grant the Add-on permission to access your current document solely for the purpose of formatting source code. We do not claim ownership of any content processed by the Add-on.
The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Add-on. We strongly recommend keeping a backup copy of your document before running the Add-on, as formatting operations cannot always be undone.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account. To fully revoke the Add-on's access to your Google data, visit Google Account Permissions and remove Code Styler. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or block access to the Add-on for any user who violates these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.
